Our Lowest Price Guarantee
At Supplements Canada we do our best to give our customers the absolute lowest prices. In the rare occurrence that a lower price is found, we are committed to beating it. Simply mention in the comment box at the checkout screen the product, price and the retailer at the time of purchase. Once we verify the lower product price, we will beat the price. We will not price match after the order has been shipped. Expired and short-dated items do not qualify. The product must be in-stock. The advertised product must be of the same brand, size and flavour. Advertised prices must be from a Canadian website. Supplements Canada does not price match walk-in retailers.

Returning Products Purchased Online
If you would like to return an product, please ship it to our Central Customer Service Centre. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Promotional items (T-shirts, Shaker Cups, etc.) must be returned, if received with the original purchase. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned. Please contact our Customer Service Centre prior to sending the 'Return'.

Purchasing by Minors
For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
Misprints
Occasionally misprints occur on, printed material, email promotions and on our web site pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake.
Backorders
In the event that one of your items is out of stock after your order has been processed, we do not delay the rest of your order. Your order is shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock. We never substitute an alternate flavour, brand, or product. Back orders will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. Any backorders longer than 10 business days, we will contact you for alternative arrangements or E.T.A.
Sales Tax
Orders delivered to all Provinces are subject to 5% GST with the exception of B.C., Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Nova Scotia that have HST applied.

Coupon Codes allow our customers to take advantage of our exclusive promotions and freebies. When placing an order online enter your coupon code at the second last page of the checkout process. Incorrect Products
If by accident, you receive an incorrect product within your order, please contact by email at orderswest@supplementscanada.com or orderseast@supplementscanada.com at once to correct your order as quickly as possible. All order descrepancies must be made within 10 days of order date. Please do not open the incorrect product receieved or it will void your right to return for correct product.
